6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

LetEmail does not warrant the accuracy of deliverability rates or guarantee specific inbox placement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising under these Terms is capped at the total fees you have paid to LetEmail in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination & Data Deletion
